Comentário
Derivado glucídico (sacarose) do alumínio. Indicado na úlcera péptica e na gastrite crônica. Administração oral duas a seis vezes ao dia. Na data de última atualização não encontramos dados publicados sobre sua excreção no leite materno. Seus dados farmacocinéticos (ser praticamente inabsorvível e seu elevado peso molecular) tornam muito improvável o passe ao leite materno de quantidades significativas que, além disso, não seriam tampouco absorvidas no intestino do bebê. Medicação de uso autorizado em bebês. Diversas sociedades médicas e autores especialistas consideram seguro o uso desta medicação durante a amamentação. (Hale, LactMed, Thélin 2022, Briggs 2015, Schaefer 2015, Mahadevan 2006, Richter 2005, Hagemann 1998, Broussard 1998) Um creme com sucralfato, zinco e cobre foi utilizado para tratar as fissuras do mamilo.
